The session is dedicated to the theme of decarbonising road infrastructure, addressed from various international perspectives. At the heart of the discussion lies the need to transform the way we design, build, and manage roads to contribute to global climate neutrality goals.
Speakers will present experiences and models showing how public policies, technological innovations, and economic instruments can significantly reduce transport sector emissions while improving air quality, community resilience, and the economic sustainability of infrastructure systems.
