The World Congress on Road Winter Service, Road Resilience and Decarbonisation is an excellent opportunity to meet colleagues, compare experiences, and also to learn about a wide range of documents.

Contributions

Contributions were invited on 23 specific topics, on three themes: Winter Service, Resilience, Decarbonisation. 

This call was one of the most successful ever for a PIARC Winter Congress, with 432 abstracts from 65 countries.

Most of the documents presented on this website are available in English, French, and Spanish; they are presented according to the chosen navigation language. If you feel that a document is missing, we invite you to try temporarily with another navigation language.
